The vacuum negative-pressure collection system is a research and development achievement of Anhui FUTEN Vacuum Co., Ltd. Though it may appear unassuming, it effectively avoids all the drawbacks associated with traditional gravity-based sewage collection methods—such as sewage leakage—and eliminates the need for deep, underground pipe excavation. It also allows for the installation of exposed piping systems, while featuring advantages like narrower pipe diameters that reduce material costs, as well as significantly lower maintenance expenses.
The vacuum interface valve is the key component of the entire system. With it, all wastewater can be collected smoothly. When the water level reaches the preset height, the device automatically starts pumping the water into the storage tank, from where it flows onward to the wastewater treatment equipment before being discharged once it meets the required standards. However, in the past, China lacked the technology to produce this crucial valve, forcing us to rely on imports—often at exorbitantly high prices. Unable to rely on foreign suppliers and burdened by these costly alternatives, FUTEN Environmental resolved to take matters into its own hands: we’d develop it ourselves! After relentless efforts and innovative engineering, we finally succeeded in independently designing and manufacturing the vacuum interface valve, reducing costs by more than tenfold compared to imported models.
