FUTEN's eco-friendly negative-pressure wastewater collection system is designed for specialized environmental sectors, enabling decentralized collection of both wastewater and solid waste. During the R&D process, the company successfully overcame a critical bottleneck—developing the vacuum interface valve, marking a significant breakthrough that paves the way for import substitution.
(1) Operating Principle:
a. Dispersed wastewater sources flow by gravity over short distances into a negative-pressure collector (vacuum well).
b. Utilizing negative-pressure vacuum technology, wastewater from the vacuum well is rapidly drawn into pipeline facilities and sequentially transported to the terminal of the negative-pressure collection station (the power source station), thereby achieving the purpose of wastewater collection.
c. The sewage collected at the power source station will be discharged into the municipal sewage network or wastewater treatment facilities.
(2) Technical Features and Advantages:
a. Overall investment costs reduced: Civil construction becomes less challenging, shortening the project timeline. Pipeline costs also decrease.
b. Airtight with no leaks and high collection efficiency: The vacuum environment and pressurized piping ensure that there are no spills, emissions, or drips, preventing secondary contamination.
c. Not prone to clogging: The flow velocity inside the vacuum tube is 4-5 times greater than gravity, ensuring the pipeline remains permanently unclogged.
d. Short construction period: The trenches are narrow and shallow, making construction convenient.
e. Flexible pipeline: Small pipe diameter, fast flow rate, capable of climbing slopes, and adaptable to various terrains.
f. Intelligent Operations & Maintenance: The remote monitoring system reduces costs significantly compared to pipeline network maintenance, making equipment maintenance more economical.
