Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump

The 2FE series liquid-ring vacuum pump features a double-support design, with an open-type impeller shaped like a flat circular disc. The impeller is securely fixed to the shaft via an interference fit combined with a key connection, capable of transmitting torque exceeding 2.5 times the working load. Additionally, the design incorporates specific measures to ensure axial positioning. The shaft is a solid forged component, engineered to handle the maximum torque under all operating conditions while effectively resisting stresses caused by various external forces. The mechanical seal used is a single-face type, designed for a service life of more than 8,500 hours.

Description

　　The 2FE series liquid ring vacuum pumps feature a double-support design, with an open-type impeller shaped like a flat circular disc. The impeller is securely fixed to the shaft using an interference fit combined with a key connection, ensuring it can transmit torque levels exceeding 2.5 times the working load. Additionally, the design incorporates specific measures to guarantee axial positioning. The shaft is a solid forged component, capable of handling the maximum torque under all operating conditions while effectively resisting stresses caused by various external forces. The mechanical seal used is a single-face type, designed for a service life of more than 8,500 hours.

　　The 2FE series offers a complete range of models, with options for top exhaust or horizontal exhaust designs for easy installation. Multiple materials are also available, including various types of stainless steel.

　　The pump supply scope offers several options, such as:

　　◆Pump head;

　　◆ Complete pump unit, including suction connecting pipe, top-mounted gas-liquid separator, motor, base, and fluid circuit components;

　　◆ Complete unit set, including all auxiliary equipment required for the closed-loop system, as well as automatic or manual control systems;

　　◆ Secondary or multi-stage vacuum units operating at inlet pressures below 33 mbar (absolute).
