          Performance Features

Advanced technology featuring cutting-edge fifth-generation composite variable-pitch screw technology. Environmentally friendly—oil-free, water-free, and pollution-free—enabling the attainment of clean vacuum.

The extracted materials are recyclable and particularly suitable for industries such as oil and gas recovery, solvent recovery, and specialty gas recovery. Additionally, it features energy-saving technology with a variable-pitch design, reducing energy consumption by up to 30%.

Chemically resistant, featuring multi-layered corrosion-protection coatings for compatibility with harsher operating conditions. Air-cooled, utilizing an air-cooling design that ensures greater convenience and simplicity in use.

Efficiently saves manpower, with a maintenance cycle lasting from thousands to tens of thousands of hours, offering high reliability and minimal failures.

Easy to clean: If there are contaminants inside the pump chamber, simply open the inlet and exhaust ports, start the pump, and pour in the cleaning agent for effortless rinsing. The design is simple, making maintenance and upkeep a breeze, while requiring minimal consumables. It also boasts an exceptionally high ultimate vacuum—reaching 3 Pa or even higher.

The working area is wide, allowing continuous operation from ultra-high vacuum to atmospheric pressure.

Reliable sealing structures, featuring lip seals, mechanical seals, and gas-sealing designs, ensure smooth exhaust flow and deliver excellent liquid-handling capabilities. Lightweight construction, achieved through the use of innovative lightweight materials, makes the unit easy to handle—even light enough for a woman to lift. Additionally, advanced materials and a novel structural design enable faster heat dissipation, keeping temperatures low.

Low noise—thanks to the use of high-precision machined parts, ensuring zero friction within the pump chamber and significantly reducing operational noise.

         Principle

A dry-type rotary screw vacuum pump consists of two parallel screw rotors that form multiple sealed chambers against the inner wall of the pump housing. These rotors maintain extremely small clearances—both between each other and between the rotors and the pump housing walls. Driven by reverse-synchronized gears, the pump continuously transfers gas from the inlet port to the outlet port, creating a vacuum. Because the two rotors and the pump housing never come into direct contact or experience friction, lubrication is unnecessary, ensuring that the pump chamber and exhaust remain clean at all times. Additionally, the screw vacuum pump features short gas passages for high efficiency, with the exhaust port positioned below the rotor level, enabling strong liquid drainage capabilities. Maintenance and upkeep are also remarkably simple.
