    The ZJQL series gas-cooled Roots vacuum pump is an improved version of the ZJ series Roots vacuum pump, featuring an added bypass gas cooling system. This system cools the rotors and pump chamber using gas, enabling the pump to operate without overheating even under high pressure differentials.         The ZJQL series gas-cooled Roots vacuum pump is an improved version of the ZJ series Roots vacuum pump, featuring an added bypass gas cooling system. This system cools the rotors and pump chamber using gas, enabling the pump to operate without overheating even under high pressure differentials. Typically, a heat exchanger is installed either at the pump’s exhaust port or in the return line.

        The gas discharged from the exhaust port is cooled by a heat exchanger. After cooling, the gas enters the pump chamber from both sides of the pump body, effectively cooling the rotor and the pump cavity—without affecting the pump's pumping performance. The pump can be used individually or connected in series with multiple units to achieve even higher vacuum levels and greater pumping speeds, thereby meeting the requirements of various processes.

         Features

        Single-stage structure, which can be used independently; the ultimate vacuum pressure achievable with direct atmospheric exhaust can reach 15–20 kPa.

        The rotating components inside the pump operate without friction and require no lubrication, while the pump chamber remains oil-free, ensuring a clean vacuum is achieved.

        The trochoidal three-leaf structure and high-precision machining ensure smooth and quiet operation.

        The three-lobe rotor boasts significantly improved performance in key areas such as pumping efficiency, noise, and vibration compared to traditional two-lobe pumps.

        The vertical flow of gas within the pump chamber facilitates the removal of dust and condensates from the pumped gas.

        A fully symmetrical, precision-balanced high-strength rotor operates smoothly and reliably.

        Low vibration and noise—thanks to high-precision dynamic balancing technology and professionally manufactured, high-accuracy gears.

        Prevent oil leakage and emulsification—through the application of shaft-extending mechanical seals and a cavity-isolated, composite sealing structure design.

        The unique, all-around water-cooling design ensures lower operating temperatures for both bearings and gears, resulting in excellent stability.

        It can be used in multi-stage cascades to achieve greater pumping speed and higher vacuum levels.

        It can be connected in series with liquid-ring vacuum pumps, Roots vacuum pumps, and dry vacuum pumps to form a vacuum unit.
